PBC0001: pan-Slavic solidarity

PBC 1 expresses pan-Slavic solidarity urged by Russian tsarist nationalists on Slavic Eastern European peoples during World War I. Serbs (W134, W408), Poles (W128), and the Ukrainians under Austrian rule (W130) receive particular praise, while Bulgarians are criticized for their compliance with the Ottoman Turks (W164). This PBC promotes the interests of tsarist Russia in building resistance in enemy-held territories and celebrates the Russian army that defends Slavic peoples.
